Yaoi.sk started
Two months and a few days have passed since registering the domain yaoi.sk and we are bringing you the first version of this page, which should represent Yaoi & Shounen-ai in Slovakia.
One of our ultimate goals was to cover a missing field in Slovakia and at the same time to create a sanctuary for existing and beginning fans. We would like to bring you a site full of material related to subject and to create a complex source of everything regarding yaoi and shounen-ai.
To unaware or in other words random visitors, we would like to show, that something like this exists and that it can be an interesting topic.
We know that we are walking on unexplored ground without any guarantee of success. Therefore, one of our first decisions was to bring you not only a Slovak site but also an English version.
Thereby we would like to achieve that the circle of our visitors won't be limited merely to the Slovak community.
The version of the page we are introducing now isn't by far complete. It contains just the basic sections, introducing you to the theme and explaining the basic terms.
A diversification is a functional poll or a guestbook where you can write your opinions on this page or generally on yaoi and shounen-ai.
In short time we will bring you more sections, namely FanArt, Gallery and Reviews.
The section "FanArt" will contain "amateur" drawings of the fans. I admit that I was a bit worried until recently because of the lack of people or good creations,
but now I can tell that the worries are gone and at the same time, I think that you will be pleased.
In the "gallery" section we will bring you official pictures of popular yaoi and shounen-ai titles and in the "reviews" section our views on them.
Of course, we will try to update the site with fresh data, pictures, articles and reviews with the highest frequency that depends on our time and motivation.
This is the place where you can join us and contribute on the page with articles, pictures, ideas or in any other possible form. If you're interested, don't hesitate to contact us.
