FanHeaven section started
Yaoi and shounen-ai genre is confronted with different opinions in the world; it is weighed, judged and many times, wrongly, found guilty. In spite of that, you can find people who find inspiration in it and they provide support in a world that stands in the background of the whole genre and that is the world of fan-creations. It is an inseparable part of this phenomenon, and because of that, we made sure that our page would provide space for it.
Let me introduce you to a new section on yaoi.sk called FanHeaven. The name represents something that this section should become in the future. It is comprised from three subsections Fanart, Fanfiction and Manga, but it is also a place for everything else, that could have the preposition fan-, so you do not have to feel limited with these three terms.
FanHeaven will be formed by you and therefore do not hesitate to send us any ideas or remarks to its content.
Let us move on to sections themselves: Fanart, Fanfiction and Manga. I assume that you are familiar with these words, if not, please visit our Info section sooner, where you can find a dictionary of the terms.
Fanart is a place where you can find works from our first three authors who are Sake, Saniika and Silk-pin, to whom I’d like to thank, because the initial worries, that there will be nobody who would be willing to share their work and publish it on yaoi.sk, are gone. When u look at their work, you will understand why we are so proud of them.
The level of quality that this trio has shown won’t be easy to top, we hope that you won’t be discouraged, but instead, that you will be motivated to create and publish your work. How to do so, you will find in the section itself.
Favorite part of the world of shounen-ai and yaoi is fanfiction, mainly because it widens the world with an element, which originally did not include the attributes of the genre, but everything is different in the eyes of a fan. It is awaiting you ...
In the section Manga, you can use both of your talents: writing of fiction (a story) and the drawing itself. Here, we would like to publish original mangas, which do not have to, but can be inspired by some existing anime or manga.
We are preparing such a fan-manga with the cooperation of Decadent-Neo, who provided the story and Saniika, who will try to put it down on paper. We will try to bring you its first chapters as soon as possible and we hope you will be pleased ...
In the end there is nothing else left for me to say but to ask you to contribute to FanHeaven, because without you it has no chance for success.
